Tojays Bet Terms and Conditions – Complete Player Agreement for Pakistan

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered on Tojays Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. Tojays Bet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All these methods are processed without currency conversion fees. The PKR amount you send is the PKR amount credited to your Tojays Bet wallet.

For sports betting, the following general settlement rules apply at Tojays Bet: if a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain active and will settle at the rescheduled time. If a match is cancelled or not played within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets are voided and stakes returned. For accumulator bets, voided selections are removed and the accumulator settles on the remaining legs.

For live casino games, the result displayed in the game interface at the time of round completion is final. Technical errors that affect game outcomes are handled case-by-case by our support team, who will review game logs to determine the correct outcome. Tojays Bet's decision in such cases is final.

Tojays Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period, or player request. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be informed of the suspension and the general reason within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also voluntarily close their Tojays Bet account at any time by contacting customer support.
